I love to exercise regularly which keeps me fit and energized. My healthy lifestyle also includes a balanced diet, enough sleep and stress management techniques such as yoga or meditation. In terms of my appearance, people often compliment me on my bright blue eyes that sparkle in the sunlight. My blonde hair falls in soft waves down my back, framing my heart- shaped face perfectly.
